5. Payments & Refunds
a. Pricing

c. Refunds

We retain rights to any SEO templates, methods, or internal tools

Content created by us (e.g. blogs, SEO copy) becomes your property once payment is complete

You may not reuse our strategies or content frameworks without permission.

8. Confidentiality
All information shared during the course of your project, including credentials, plans, analytics, and strategies, will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of delivering your services.

9. Use of Testimonials and Case Studies
With your consent, we may feature your project as part of our portfolio, case studies, or testimonials. You can opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyansh Enterprises shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss or damages

Loss of data or profits resulting from SEO ranking changes or algorithm updates

Website downtime or issues due to third-party platforms (e.g. hosting, plugins)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
